Why Adeptus Leaders?

In medieval times, adepts were believed to be individuals who had achieved a high level of skill in the practice of alchemy - transmuting base metals into gold but also to attaining personal enlightenment and transformation.

In the face of today's challenging world, it often feels as if our leaders need to be able to turn lead into gold to create business success, all while transforming themselves to meet the ever-changing times.

With 30+ years of experience with Fortune 500s to non-profits, she blends her academic aptitude with hands-on leadership to support you in navigating complexity to drive sustainable results.

Sharne is a certified coach and has almost 20 years of experience in people and culture roles, up to Executive level across non-profits, corporates and start-ups.

She harnesses her human-centred design expertise and down-to-earth approach to put people at the heart of solving a wide range of business challenges.
